When is Bellevue Noël in 2026?

From 19 November to 23 December 2026. According to the organiser the market is open Monday–Saturday 11:00–22:00 and Sunday 11:00–20:00, the fondue chalet and bar later (until midnight, Sundays 23:00); on the opening day, Thursday 19 November, from 16:00. bellevuenoel.ch has the final word.

Where is it and how do I get there?

On Sechseläutenplatz between the opera house and the lake. The Bellevue tram stop is right on the square (lines 2, 4, 5, 8, 9, 11 and 15); the Opernhaus stop is a few steps on (tram 11 and 15, bus 912 and 916). The organiser advises against coming by car; Parkhaus Opéra is under the square.

Is entry to Bellevue Noël free?

Yes, Bellevue Noël is open to everyone free of charge, says the organiser. The walk-on Advent wreath is free too, but needs a free timed ticket – online, or on the spot while places last.

Is Bellevue Noël the old Wienachtsdorf?

Until 2025 Sechseläutenplatz hosted the Wienachtsdorf. In 2026 it is Bellevue Noël, with a new operator chosen by the city; the organiser is Zimt & Zucker AG. In 2025 a mulled wine at the Wienachtsdorf cost CHF 6.90 (watson.ch); Bellevue Noël’s 2026 prices are not known to us yet.

The stalls the organiser lists on bellevuenoel.ch, with the weeks they are there – food, drinks and gifts – plus the Advent wreath, the fondue chalet upstairs, the children’s area with its carousel and the toilets: the ZüriWC at Bellevue (tram shelter, lake side; CHF 1, free with a Eurokey). Münsterhof is about 600 m away, the Dörfli about 750 m (straight line).
